| Scope | The new $104 million, 160,000 square foot, 4-story medical office building and ambulatory surgery center is expected to open 2019. Uihlein is responsible for its BAS systems which will integrate room temperature comfort with state of the art Direct-Digital-Controllers that will sequence air movement on or off, based on the occupancy of the room. Electrical lighting control sensors interface with HVAC controls to maximize energy usage.
